Manage efficiently the portfolio of customers designated, acquire new to bank customers, enroll, and upgrade existing customers along with cross selling all exclusive products to the customer to achieve her/his set target and meet annual approved plan.Review reports which indicate the level of services & rate of complaints, then ensure that any customer complaint is solved, as well as striving for achieving the best-in-class service through professional customer handling.Track wealth customers’ outflows and inflows daily and contact customers to seek information behind unexpected behaviors.Ensure that a consistent high level of customer service is maintained by effectively dealing with AAIB wealth customers’ queries and complaints.Ensure that the work area is maintained in a good condition and that product literature is available and prominently displayedMaximize and optimize the wealth customer’s profitability through cross selling and offering new products.Retain wealth customers and maintain their balances along with increasing them.Responds positively and diligently to colleagues and communicate effectively with branch staff and support his units to ensure customers’ requests are processed timely and efficiently.Ensure that the required awareness about the proposition is provided to branch heads and all front liners in order to create quality referrals.Attend meetings with segment management to address wealth customers needed services and products.Prepare a daily sales report including all sales activities and call reports to share it with the Cluster Head.Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.Minimum 3 – 8 years of relevant experience in a sales/financial positionStrong academic record or a track record of strong achievementsCISI Certification is a must.Skills:Excellent command of English & Arabic Languages Strong interpersonal, communication & networking skillsCustomer service orientedCan work under pressure and meet monthly targets
