IT & Procurement SpecialistAre you passionate about technology and looking to make an impact in the medical devices industry? We're looking for an IT & Procurement Specialist to support our IT infrastructure and procurement operations while ensuring seamless business continuity.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and network users.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure.Support the administration and maintenance of servers, applications, and IT systems.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.Support IT procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and managing IT equipment and services.Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory.Participate in IT projects and implement assigned technical solutions.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide ongoing user support.Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and end-user support.Experience with IT procurement and vendor management is an advantage.Strong communication and organizational skills.
