About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist to join our school’s technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in an educational environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to all school staff (teachers and administrative team).Manage and maintain the school’s computer network, Active Directory domain, and related services.Join new devices to the domain and configure user access.Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.Maintain and support the CCTV surveillance system (hardware and software issues).Handle printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Manage network switches, structured cabling, and patch panels.Diagnose and fix hardware and software-related issues for devices. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.0–2 years of practical experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling).Familiarity with CCTV systems.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Good communication skills and patience when dealing with non-technical staff.
