???? About the Role:As our Drama teacher, you’ll nurture creativity, confidence, and self-expression in young learners through performance and play. Working across Key Stages 1 and 2, you’ll design engaging, movement-based and imaginative experiences that help students explore storytelling, emotions, and communication.Your classroom will be a safe and dynamic space where every child can express themselves, collaborate, and build confidence. ???? Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging Drama sessions to students in Years 1–6. Plan creative, age-appropriate activities including role-play, improvisation, and performance. Support students in developing confidence, expression, and teamwork. Organize performances, showcases, or school productions. Integrate drama with other subjects where possible. Assess student development in participation and expression. Collaborate with teachers to enrich learning experiences. Communicate with students, staff, and parents. ???? We’re Looking for Someone Who:Is energetic, expressive, and highly engaging. Has a passion for theatre, performance, and creative arts. Can create an inclusive and supportive environment. Is fluent in English with strong communication skills. Understands a wide range of developmental stages (ages 5–11). Is flexible, creative, and student-focused. Values collaboration and artistic growth. ???? Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or related field. Experience working with children in performance settings (preferred).
