Java Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced Java Team Lead to join our Technical Delivery team. In this role, you'll lead the development of high-quality software solutions while mentoring a team of engineers and driving technical excellence. If you're passionate about software architecture, clean code, problem-solving, and leading development teams, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesLead the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design through deployment.Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions.Build new software components using appropriate design patterns and best practices.Develop RESTful Web APIs and backend services.Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Create technical documentation, specifications, and solution designs.Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.Apply unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.Ensure software complies with industry standards and security best practices.Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering collaboration and technical growth.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8–10 years of software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Framework.Excellent knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases.Solid experience developing Web APIs.Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.Experience writing technical documentation and specifications.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong code review experience and commitment to code quality.Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.QualificationsDevelopment-related certifications or professional training.Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments.Familiarity with PKI standards and secure software development is a plus.
