Roles & Responsibilities Handles the promotion planning and budget allocation for alcoholic beverages (AB) and trade marketing. Aligns with the demand and sales teams on all on-going promotions and performs adjustments as needed. Assists in point of sale material (POSM) management by regularly checking stocks in the warehouses in all zones.Manages outdoor visibility of shop signs and shop tents. Assesses and identifies qualified suppliers and ensures constant maintenance for all shops.Follows up on the budget allocation. Gathers input and builds data modules to assess compliance with PICOS standards.Suggests initiatives to optimize the business flow in all channels . Ensures excellent brand visibility inside all channels. Visits premises and manages the placement of the brands. Recommends options and designs for brand visibility and gets the necessary approvals. Attends commercial meetings and provides input and insights to set the plan for the coming month. Compiles data for the demand review meeting. Develops and submits all required reports in a timely manner.Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and better understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities. #addjob
