The organization values professionalism, reliability, and growth within the healthcare-related materials sector.Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo .This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, including pharmaceutical and nutraceutical clients, ensuring their needs are met and business objectives are achieved. Daily tasks include developing account plans, tracking performance, preparing sales forecasts, and coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and finance. The Key Account Manager will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, negotiate terms, and support contract renewals to drive long-term partnerships. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports and insights to management.QualificationsStrong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience managing strategic customers and building long-term relationships.Advanced Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to interpret data, forecast demand, and support decision-making.Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining customer satisfaction.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions and influence stakeholders.Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related industries is preferred, especially in B2B sales or distribution.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, science or a related medical field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting tools.
