This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves the mechanics of deliverability and the discipline of A/B testing at scale.Specifically, you'll:Manage and scale our email infrastructure. Write, test, and iterate on email copy: subject lines, opening hooks, CTAs, and follow-up sequencesBuild and segment prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, or similar; ensure list hygiene and verification before sendingRun structured A/B tests and report on open rates, reply rates, positive reply rates, and meetings bookedMonitor and report on deliverability and troubleshoot issues before they escalateWorkflows managementRequired Skills:3+ years running email campaigns at scale (200K+ emails/month minimum) for B2B companiesDeep expertise with cold email platforms: Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or equivalentStrong copywriter — you can write an email that gets replies, not just opensComfort with prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM integration (HubSpot, or similar)Analytical mindset: you make decisions from data, run real tests, and can explain why a campaign worked or didn'tNice to have:Hands-on experience with deliverability mechanics is a plus
