This role is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and tracking training programs across the organization, ensuring team members have the skills and knowledge needed to perform effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing training needs, scheduling and organizing training sessions, preparing learning materials, and supporting the delivery of workshops and programs. The coordinator will manage learning records, track participation and completion, and generate reports to evaluate training effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with managers and subject matter experts to design and update learning content, supporting onboarding programs, and maintaining communication with stakeholders about training schedules and initiatives.Qualifications Strong background in Training & Development and Training, with experience coordinating or delivering learning programs.Demonstrated skills in Learning Management, including using learning management systems (LMS) to assign, track, and report on training activities.Proficiency in Instructional Design, with the ability to create or adapt engaging learning materials and training content.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and facilitation abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.Comfort working on-site in a dynamic retail/fashion environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a fast-paced commercial setting is an advantage.
