Years of experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in a learning and development role.Targeted Industries (If required): Preferably with Oil & Gas backgroundTargeted Competitors (If required):Special Tools & Software (If required): Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a mustSpecial Required Experience (If required):Other Requirements (If required):Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital learning tools.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Learning Management System & Platform Management – with the HRMS supervisor's supportConfigure and maintain the LMS (settings, features, integrations)Manage upgrades and new releasesEnsure system performance and reliabilityHandle integrations with HRIS and other toolsUser & Access Management – With IT Management teamCreate and manage user accounts, roles, and permissionsEnroll users in courses and learning plansTroubleshoot login and access issuesManage organizational structures (departments, cohorts, groups)Training Courses & Content ManagementUpload, organize, and update learning contentCreate and manage courses and certificationsArchive or retire outdated contentHelp translate business or learning needs into LMS solutionsReporting & AnalyticsGenerate reports on enrollments, completions, scores, and complianceTrack mandatory training and certification statusProvide data to HR, L&D, compliance, or leadership teamsEnsure data accuracy and integrityLearner & Instructor Support – With TDS & L&D Team MembersAct as first-line support for learners and instructorsResolve technical issues and escalate when neededCreate user guides, FAQs, or quick how-to resourcesTrain instructors or content creators on LMS usageSecurity, Privacy & Compliance – With IT Management teamEnforce data protection and privacy standardsManage permissions and audit logsSupport compliance training and reporting requirementsProcess Improvement & GovernanceDocument LMS processes and admin proceduresRecommend improvements based on usage and feedbackTest new features and pilot enhancementsAct as liaison between vendors, IT, and L&D stakeholders
