This role ensures all learning activities run smoothly in line with our people agenda.Main AccountabilitiesTraining Logistics:Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials and participant communications.Record-keeping & ReportingMaintain up-to-date training records and attendance databases.Track and report participation, completion and feedback.Vendor & Budget ManagementLiaise with external vendors and providers.Track training expenses according to budgets.Process invoices and reimbursements.Learning Platforms AdministrationOversee digital learning systems (LMS), including user access, registration and content updates.Continuous ImprovementGather and analyze participant feedback.Recommend improvements to processes and programs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.0 - 2 years’ experience in an HR or L&D role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Solid communication and client service skills.Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, digital learning tools and HR systems.Proactive, collaborative attitude and positive spirit.If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
