Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing distribution strategies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of products to customers. The role involves analyzing market channels, identifying growth opportunities, supporting the sales team in executing go-to-market initiatives, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and various partners both inside and outside the company.AccountabilitiesUpdate the customer database while ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation.Conduct channel classification by identifying, evaluating, and segmenting customer and trade channels by setting the relevant criteria.Develop and update Must-Stock List (MSL) and Must-Loading Lists (MLL) in collaboration with sales team to ensure the right product assortment is available across all channels.Ensure the efficiency and optimization of journey plans for sales team to drive higher productivity and enhance customer coverage by utilizing geo-mapping tools to analyze and improve customer routing cycle.Monitor and Evaluate the fleet structure to support effective and efficient distribution operations in terms of productivity, truck utilization and cost to serve across all operations.Analyze sales and distribution data to support sales management with insights, tools and resources to execute optimized RTM process throughout consistent workshops in collaboration with sales team.Track and monitor sales fundamentals, ensuring consistent execution and performance across all channels.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.2-3 years of relevant experience preferred (preferably in FMCG).Proficient in analyzing sales and distribution data.Strong ability to use MS Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization; experience with Power BI.Proficiency in creating clear, insightful presentations and reports for various audiences.Knowledge of sales trade channels and distribution models.Familiarity with route planning and optimization tools.Ability to manage and implement RTM projects with multiple stakeholders.
