The Instructor/Lecturer will lead the full learning cycle, including:1. All curricula must integrate high-level references—including our Comprehensive Institutional Handbook—to align with current industry trends and the specific professional needs of the Middle East market.3. Assessment & EvaluationDesigning and grading assignments, projects, and case studies.4. Coaching & FeedbackProviding constructive guidance to enhance learner performance and skills.5. Scheduling & Time ManagementCommitment to Operational Excellence: Exhibit high organizational discipline by ensuring all assignments and feedback are submitted neatly, professionally, and on schedule. Professional GrowthStaying updated with industry advancements and integrating best practices into L&D process Candidates must meet the following criteria:Master’s degree in business or equivalent is preferred Minimum 3years of proven experience as academic lecturer or trainer Minimum 3 years of online training experience.Training of Trainers (TOT) or equivalent certification is mandatory.Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.Prior experience training in the Middle East region and working with Arab learners is highly preferred.
