Liaise and execute complex corporate and investment transactions at holding level, including acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, and strategic investments, under the direction of Valmore Legal Counsel.Structure, draft, review, and negotiate high-value and cross-border agreements, ensuring appropriate risk allocation and commercial alignment.Coordinate due diligence processes and necessary external counsel and advisors across jurisdictions.Initiate and standardize complex commercial and investment documentation across the Group to ensure consistency in legal standards and risk management.Provide commercially pragmatic legal advice to investment, finance, and executive teams, balancing growth objectives with legal protection.Establish and maintain contract review frameworks and approval processes at holding level.Identify and manage material legal, contractual, and transactional risks across the portfolio.Implement risk mitigation mechanisms and escalate high-impact matters to Legal Counsel where appropriate.Maintain consistent legal standards across jurisdictions to safeguard the Group’s commercial and investment interests.SkillsBachelor degree in law with postgraduate legal qualification from a reputable jurisdictionBusiness qualifications are an advantage.14–20 years of strong legal experience with a focus on corporate, commercial, and investment matters.Proven experience in complex contracts and cross-border transactions.Prior experience within investment companies, private equity, asset management, multinational holdings, or financial institutions is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a holding-level legal function, reporting and interacting to senior legal leadership.
