Logistics Specialist / CoordinatorLocation: Giza Reporting To: Head of Logistics / Operations Manager Experience Required: 2–3 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist / Coordinator to join a growing logistics team. The role focuses on managing international logistics operations, shipment coordination, and trade compliance while ensuring smooth and cost-effective supply chain activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international shipments (containerized & break-bulk)Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inspection agenciesPrepare and manage shipping and customs documentationTrack shipments and provide regular updatesResolve logistics and customs clearance issues efficientlyImprove logistics processes and operational efficiencyCoordinate with procurement and sales teamsEnsure compliance with international trade regulations and INCOTERMSQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or international tradeStrong knowledge of customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and export/import documentationGood command of ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsFluent English is required; Arabic is a plusExperience in food commodities, oils, additives, chemicals, or related industries is preferred
