Job Role: Follow all the maintenance work in the Project’s workshop.Lead the Maintenance team to fulfill the project’s needs.Monitor the performance of all sectors of the maintenance workshop.Manage maintenance staff for regular equipment maintenance.Follow-up requests for spare parts required for equipment.Supervise to comply with all rules of safety in the workshop.Prepare maintenance programs and identify priorities for action in the workshop.Supervise the order of the workshop and equipment before and after maintenance.Monitor the parts required for the existing equipment in the workshop, and to identify what you want to buy and what has been erected.Conduct Periodic evaluation of the work performance of employees and equipment that have been repaired and the constraints.Coordinate with the technical office unit for the equipment working hours, maintenance cost, and staff salaries.Prepare on-job training for workers in all sectors and processing technicians to be a permanent supply for work sites.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical. Required from 13 to 15 years of experience. Managing roles to manage daily maintenance operations, safety protocols, and budgets.
