The Group Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities across the organization's facilities, by bringing TPM / autonomous maintenance and lean methodologies, as well as emphasizing and integrating AI in the maintenance management systems.Scope includes manufacturing plants, company vehicles, agricultural assets, and any other infrastructure or equipment requiring maintenance. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards across all sites.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Operational Oversight:Develop and implement a group-wide maintenance strategy to standardize and optimize maintenance operations across all business unitsEstablish and monitor KPIs for preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesEnsure cost-effective maintenance planning aligned with business needs and operational prioritiesFactory & Plant Maintenance:Oversee the upkeep of all manufacturing facilities, machinery, and utilities to ensure optimal production efficiency and compliance with health and safety standardsManage predictive, preventive, and emergency maintenance schedules in collaboration with plant managersFleet & Vehicle MaintenanceEnsure timely service, repairs, and documentation of all company-owned vehicles including cars, trucks, and special-use equipmentCoordinate with vehicle vendors and service providers for quality and cost-effective repairs and inspectionsAgricultural & Farm MaintenanceOversee the maintenance of all agricultural equipment (tractors, irrigation systems, machinery), farm buildings, and infrastructureCollaborate with the farm operations team to plan seasonal and operational maintenance needsPeople & Vendor ManagementLead, mentor, and manage site-level maintenance supervisors and techniciansSource, evaluate, and manage third-party service providers and contractorsDevelop and implement training programs for internal maintenance teams to ensure capability and complianceBudgeting & CompliancePrepare and manage the group maintenance budget and cost control measuresEnsure compliance with local regulations related to equipment safety, environmental standards, and maintenance proceduresMaintain documentation and reporting for audits and inspectionsTechnology & InnovationIdentify opportunities to improve systems through digital tools (e.g., CMMS) and introduce the best practices across the groupDrive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance reliability, sustainability, and energy efficiencyRequirementsEducational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
