Reporting to the Head of Digital Performance, this role is central to all data-driven marketing decisions β€” owning reporting, dashboard infrastructure, and campaign analysis across the full marketing mix.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to own the reporting and analysis function across our client's marketing team. You'll build and maintain dashboards in Looker, GA4 and BigQuery, define the company-wide reporting framework, and translate A/B test and attribution outputs into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with the Head of Digital Performance and wider marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure every insight drives a decision. This suits a self-starter who can operate independently from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Reporting – Own and deliver regular marketing performance reports with clear, actionable takeaways.Campaign Analysis – Analyse digital campaigns across Google Ads, PPC and social to surface trends and optimisation opportunities.Dashboard Management – Build and maintain company-wide dashboards in Looker and BigQuery for multi-stakeholder use.Experimentation & Testing – Analyse A/B test results end-to-end and translate findings into clear recommendations.Attribution Insight – Leverage Northbeam and other attribution tools to refine marketing measurement and decision-making.Ad Hoc Reporting – Respond to cross-functional data requests and present insights clearly to non-technical teams.Minimum QualificationsMarketing Data Analysis – 5 years' experience in marketing analytics with strong knowledge of digital performance metrics.Core Tooling – Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Looker and BigQuery for reporting and insight delivery.Testing & Experimentation – Proven experience running and analysing A/B tests with clear, data-backed recommendations.Data Handling – Strong analytical skills working with large datasets to extract meaningful, reliable insights.Communication – Excellent written and verbal English; able to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Independence – Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and deliver without guidance or training.Attribution & SQL – Experience with Northbeam or comparable multi-touch attribution tools; SQL proficiency in BigQuery.Bonus QualificationsE-commerce Background – Prior experience in a digital-first or e-commerce environment.Company BenefitsTop-of-the-market pay.Remote working.Potential for flexible hours.Typically, we work with our own laptops, but if you need any extra gadgets to do your best work, we've got you covered.Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing, where your performance is rewarded in long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.Thank you for taking the time to apply.
