Marketing Manager (Medical Center)Location: new Cairo, Egypt (with travel to Mansoura)Our client is a leading fertility and women’s health group in Egypt, providing advanced IVF/ICSI, gynecology, endoscopic surgery and reproductive health services. The group is expanding in Cairo and strengthening its clinical and operational systems to support sustainable growth and premium patient experience.Role SummaryThey are seeking Marketing Manager to lead all branding, marketing, and digital activities for a fast‑growing medical center. The role will own the full marketing cycle: from defining the target patients and positioning the brand to designing campaigns, managing online presence, and shaping the patient experience inside the center.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy (offline & digital) aligned with the Chairman and the center’s growth objectives.Lead all branding activities, ensuring a consistent brand image across the center, social media, website, and all patient touchpoints.Define and segment target patient groups in coordination , based on specialties, location, and income segments.Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, outdoor, referral programs, etc.) to drive patient acquisition and retention.Manage the center’s digital presence (social media, website, online listings, reviews platforms) and ensure timely, engaging content.Design and monitor the patient journey inside the center, in cooperation with operations and reception teams, to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.Collect and analyze marketing, patient, and competitive data, and provide regular performance reports and improvement recommendations.Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and photographers, and manage the marketing budget effectively.Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and the center’s ethical standards.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.12+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years in services; experience in healthcare/medical services is a strong plus.Proven experience in digital marketing (social media ads, performance marketing, content, and basic analytics tools).Strong understanding of customer/patient experience concepts and service quality.Solid skills in campaign planning, copy briefing, and coordination with creative and media partners.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.Ability to make visits to Mansoura and collaborate closely with senior management.📩 Interested candidates may apply here or send their CVs to:bleaders.eg@gmail.com and mention "Marketing Manager"
