Marketing Supervisor

Support the development and execution of annual marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Prepare and propose the yearly marketing plan and budget for management review and approval. Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of approved marketing plans and activities. Coordinate brand visibility initiatives across various marketing channels, including digital media, social media, print media, ATL, BTL, and broadcast platforms. Supervise lead generation activities and ensure timely follow-up to maximize business opportunities. Manage customer contact plans and support customer engagement initiatives. Oversee the specification, production, and installation of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Coordinate with Central Marketing to ensure proper execution of all marketing campaigns, branding materials, and event requirements. Supervise social media activities, including content planning, creation, publishing, and performance monitoring across all platforms. Ensure website content and marketing-related data are regularly updated and maintained. Monitor CRM database quality, ensuring customer data accuracy, completeness, and regular updates. Support and oversee inbound and outbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising campaigns, promotions, and events. Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and market research findings, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct market research and monitor consumer behavior, industry trends, and market developments. Gather, analyze, and report competitor activities and market intelligence to management. Support internal communication initiatives by promoting company vision, values, and business objectives within the division. Foster teamwork and collaboration through effective communication with other departments and stakeholders. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Collaborate closely with Central Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Execute targeted marketing initiatives through appropriate channels, including social media, email marketing, digital platforms, and other communication channels. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports, highlighting campaign performance, activities, and key achievements. Supervise marketing projects and ensure activities are completed within approved timelines and budgets. Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company requirements. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, processes, and confidentiality requirements. Ensure adherence to all applicable local laws, regulations, and industry standards. Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day supervision to marketing team members to ensure high performance and continuous development.
