Headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expanding regionally, the company aims to set technology-backed operational standards for modern institutions.Role Description The Media Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media activities that support WAJJAD’s platforms and brand presence. The role includes developing media plans across traditional and new media channels, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring consistent alignment with overall communication strategies. Daily tasks involve researching audience behaviors and market trends, selecting appropriate media channels, managing content calendars, and monitoring campaign performance. The Media Specialist will prepare performance reports, recommend adjustments to improve reach and impact, and maintain strong relationships with media partners and agencies. The role also involves supporting brand positioning in regional markets, ensuring messaging reflects WAJJAD’s technology and infrastructure-focused value proposition.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Media Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective, data-informed media strategies.Candidates should possess solid Communication and New Media skills to create and manage messaging across digital channels and support cohesive brand narratives.Candidates should possess Research skills to analyze audiences, market trends, and campaign performance for continuous optimization.Candidates should have experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management solutions.Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience working in technology, B2B platforms, or data-driven environments is beneficial.
