Headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, WAJJAD is positioned for regional and global expansion as a builder of technology-backed operational standards in governance-driven and asset-backed sectors.Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support WAJJAD’s B2B platforms and overall brand positioning. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt involves planning and managing integrated campaigns, overseeing digital and offline channels, and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, define target segments, and collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing content and creative assets, coordinating events and partnerships, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights. The role also includes budget management, agency and vendor coordination, and contributing to long-term growth plans in regional and global markets.Qualifications Strong strategic marketing skills, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market planning.Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, search, email, and performance campaigns, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.Proficiency in brand management, messaging development, and storytelling for complex, institutional-grade technology products.Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events, partnerships, and thought-leadership initiatives.Comfort with marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure effectiveness and optimize spending.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.Demonstrated collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams.Relevant experience in technology, SaaS, B2B platforms, or sectors such as governance, legal, financial, or real estate is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or digital marketing are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
