This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs that enable sales teams to effectively position WAJJAD’s digital platforms and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities, creating training materials and curricula, and assessing training needs in collaboration with sales leadership. The Sales Trainer will monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and update training content to reflect product enhancements, market changes, and best practices. The role involves close collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and supports a high-standard customer experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.Candidates should possess expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development, including curriculum design and coaching methodologies.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts clearly and confidently.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills and an understanding of customer-centric sales approaches.Relevant experience in sales enablement or sales training, preferably within technology, SaaS, or B2B environments.Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted training interventions.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Communications, or a related field; professional training or sales certifications are an advantage.Proficiency in using presentation tools and learning platforms; familiarity with CRM or sales enablement systems is beneficial.
