Lead and supervise a team of medical insurance auditorsReview audit plans and assign auditors based on skills and experienceConduct pre-audit meetings and ensure proper preparationMonitor audit execution and ensure compliance with protocols and regulationsReview and analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reportsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersMonitor corrective actions and ensure proper implementationEnsure quality control and confidentiality of all audit data Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Pharmacy or related healthcare fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in medical auditing / quality assuranceAt least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to lead and manage a team of medical auditorsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of auditing software and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
