MEP Cost Control Engineer (2–4 Years of Experience)We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Cost Control Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to support the financial management and cost efficiency of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across projects. The role involves monitoring project costs, analysing variances, and ensuring alignment with approved budgets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and control MEP project costs in line with approved budgets and forecasts.Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and variance analysis on a regular basis.Review subcontractor invoices, variations, and payment applications for accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with project teams to track progress and ensure cost efficiency across all MEP activities.Identify cost risks and propose value engineering solutions to optimize project expenditures.Maintain proper documentation for all cost-related activities and ensure alignment with company procedures.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.2–4 years of relevant experience in cost control within construction Companies preferably in Industrial Projects.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.Proficiency in cost control tools and advanced Excel skills.
