Mixing Engineer

Job Title: Mixing Engineer – FMCG ManufacturingLocation: Suez, EgyptIndustry: FMCG ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mixing Engineer to oversee batch manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with GMP/ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement in production efficiency. The role involves managing raw materials, operating mixers, troubleshooting process deviations, and ensuring product quality across diverse formulations such as face washes, shower gels, lotions, and creams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor mixing equipment for batch production of FMCG products.Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and ISO guidelines during all manufacturing activities.Conduct in-process quality checks (pH, viscosity, product appearance) and make necessary adjustments.Manage raw material handling, operator supervision, and daily production reporting.Perform mixer cleaning and sanitization using hot and cold water processes.Participate actively in GMP & ISO audits and regulatory compliance activities.Generate Kaizens and process improvements using Manex systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.Core CompetenciesStrong knowledge of batch manufacturing processes in FMCG.Expertise in safety protocols, quality control, and compliance.Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PROMAS software.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to challenging conditions.QualificationsMinimum 4+ years of experience in production/mixing operations within FMCG (personal care or beverages).Hands-on experience with complex batch manufacturing (lotions, creams, gels, washes).Familiarity with regulatory audits, SOPs, and ISO/GMP standards.Language proficiency: EnglishWhy Join UsOpportunity to work with a leading FMCG brand (Nivea India – Beiersdorf AG affiliate).Exposure to diverse product categories and advanced manufacturing systems.Career growth in a dynamic, compliance-driven production environment.
