For more information, visit www.gf.comKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end physical design execution: floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and signoff.Own block and/or full-chip implementation for high-performance ASICs in advanced technology nodesDrive timing closure, power optimization, and area efficiency across multiple design iterations.Develop and refine physical design methodologies, flows, and automation scriptsPerform static timing analysis (STA), signal integrity (SI), IR drop, and electromigration (EM) analysis.Collaborate closely with RTL, verification, and layout teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation.Debug and resolve complex physical design and signoff issues.Work with EDA vendors and foundries to enable best-in-class design practices.Required QualificationsBachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.10+ years of experience in ASIC physical designProven track record of successful tapeouts in advanced nodesDeep expertise in: Floorplanning and hierarchical design - Placement and Optimization - Clock tree synthesis - Routing - Static timing analysis and Physical verificationStrong experience in industry standard EDA tools: (e.g Synopsys ICC2, Primetime, Cadence Innovus)Solid understanding of timing closure, signal integrity, power analysis, and physical verificationProficiency in scripting (e.g TCL, python, perl)Experience developing or improving physical design flows and automation.Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projectsPreferred QualificationsFamiliar with multi-die and high speed interfacesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We offer Base SalaryEquityAnnual Bonus PlanMedical InsuranceInformation about our benefits you can find here: https://gf.com/careers/opportunities-in-europe/
