You will also demonstrate your expertise by ensuring effective risk management and clinical excellence throughout the ABB value chain.The work model for this role is: #onsite #onsite-LiThis role contributes to the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function within Egypt Operations and reports to the Head of Health. Key stakeholders include the Country Occupational Health Manager, the HSE team, Production Management, and all employees at the facility.Key Responsibilities:Providing direct clinical care and occupational health assessments to employees, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards and Egyptian labor regulationsInvestigating and reporting occupational health incidents to management and relevant stakeholders, and implementing appropriate corrective actionsFacilitating and supporting incident investigations to identify root causes and develop risk mitigation strategiesLeading health promotion and prevention programs to foster a culture of safety and well-being across the organizationSupervising and supporting the Clinic Administrator to ensure efficient clinic operations and accurate employee health recordsYou will join a dedicated, health-focused HSE team, where you will have the opportunity to thrive and make a meaningful impact on employee well-being and occupational health performance.Qualifications:You have 7-10 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 5 years in industrial or factory healthcare settings, preferably in occupational health nursingAdvanced knowledge and demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing, including employee health assessments, incident investigation, and health promotion programsValid nursing license in EgyptDegree in Nursing or an equivalent qualificationCurrent First Aid & CPR certification and Occupational Health Nursing certification (preferred)Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage clinic staff and coordinate occupational health initiativesAutonomous clinical decision-making capability within scope of nursing practice, with ability to identify complex cases requiring external medical referralYou are at ease communicating in English and ArabicWhat's in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
