Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, optimize internal processes, and ensure the seamless functioning of activities across the organization. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, managing resources effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to align with the organization's objectives.
