Oracle ERP & Applications Manager

The Oracle ERP & Applications Manager is responsible for the management, support, enhancement, and strategic development of the organization's Oracle ERP systems and enterprise applications. The role ensures that ERP modules and integrated applications effectively support construction business processes including finance, procurement, project management, inventory, contract management, and human capital management.Key Responsibilities:ERP System ManagementManage administration, support, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion).Ensure smooth operation of ERP modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).Manage Procurement & Supply Chain modules.Oversee Inventory Management and Materials Control.Manage Project Costing, Billing, and Contract Management.Oversee ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements.Applications ManagementManage enterprise applications integrated with Oracle ERP.Ensure stability, performance, and availability of business applications.Oversee application lifecycle management including upgrades and enhancements.Business Process OptimizationWork with business stakeholders to improve construction business processes.Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.Lead ERP-driven process improvement initiatives across departments.Project & Implementation ManagementLead ERP implementation and upgrade projects.Manage vendors, consultants, and system integrators.Ensure project delivery on time and within budget.Integration & Data ManagementManage integration between ERP and other enterprise systems.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across applications.Team LeadershipLead ERP functional and technical teams.Provide mentorship and professional development to team members.Manage team workload and performance.Governance, Security & ComplianceImplement ERP security policies and role-based access control.Support internal and external audit requirements.Ensure compliance with IT governance standards.Reporting & Business IntelligenceEnsure availability of accurate reports and dashboards.Support executive decision-making through ERP analytics.applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR recruitment technologies.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.12+ years of experience in ERP systems.5+ years of experience in managing Oracle ERP applications.Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus.Experience with Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion implementations.Technical SkillsOracle ERP (EBS or Fusion)Oracle FinancialsOracle SCM / ProcurementOracle ProjectsSQL / PL-SQLSystem integration technologiesReporting tools (BI, OTBI, Power BI)Preferred CertificationsOracle ERP CertificationsPMP or PRINCE2ITIL FoundationAt Rowad Modern Engineering, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. we do not just hire Talents-We invest in potential.
