The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Key Responsibilities:Review and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) activities.Analyze demand and create tactical production plans.Calculate machine-hour requirements based on production capacity.Prepare and communicate weekly production schedules.Coordinate with Operations and Material Planning teams to balance production.Resolve production and raw material supply conflicts.Lead supply planning meetings and identify production constraints.Align plant demand with manufacturing and distribution capabilities.Requirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or any related field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.Computer/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel - Microsoft Word – PowerPoint - Supply Chain & Inventory Planning - Production Planning & Scheduling
