ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Organization Development strategies aligned with company objectives.Design and maintain competency frameworks for all organizational levels and functions.Lead manpower planning and manpower utilization analysis to ensure workforce efficiency and productivity.Review and optimize organizational structures, job grading, and reporting lines.Develop succession planning programs and talent pipeline strategies for critical positions.Support performance management processes including KPIs, appraisal systems, and development plans.Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps and organizational needs.Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives when required.Ensure job descriptions are updated and aligned with organizational structure and competencies.Prepare OD reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Organization Development within industrial/manufacturing companies.Strong experience in competency framework development, succession planning, and organizational design.Advanced Excel and HR analytics capabilities are preferred.Very good command of English.
