ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with technicians and production teams to achieve production targets.Ensure product quality according to drawings, specifications, and company standards.Identify and resolve operational and production issues efficiently.Reduce material waste and improve production efficiency.Ensure compliance with HSE and safety regulations inside the factory.Coordinate with planning, quality, and engineering departments to ensure project completion on time.Prepare production reports and update management on work progress.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering.2–5 years of experience in steel fabrication or heavy industrial production.Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and steel structures.Experience in managing workshop activities and manpower.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in fabrication projects such as:Transmission towersSteel structuresTanks and pipesIndustrial buildingsHeavy steel fabrication projects
