Rosella Digital is a 7-year-old digital marketing agency working with medium to large clients across the Gulf. We're expanding and looking for a driven Outbound B2B Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.This is a pure outbound role. You'll be hunting for your own leads, doing the outreach, running the meetings, sending the proposals, and closing the deals.Responsibilities:Prospecting and generating qualified leads daily using tools like RocketReachReaching out to decision-makers through cold calls, email, and WhatsAppRunning discovery and pitch meetings with medium-to-large Gulf businessesDeveloping and sending tailored proposals that position Rosella's servicesFollowing up and closing deals end-to-endCollaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, Creative, Performance, and SEO specialists) to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed effectively.Logging all activity and pipeline progress in our CRM dailyAchieve set sales and pipeline KPIs.Requirements:Proven full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or Saas.Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channelsExperience dealing with Gulf or MENA-based clientsStrong communication and presentation skillsSelf-driven and able to work independently without micromanagementVery good command of English, both spoken and written.
