Outpatient Pharmacist

Key Accountabilities:Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability.Responsible for the accurate dispensing and timely distribution of drugs and medicines for inpatients or outpatients.Review, and maintain procedures for mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals, according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security, and proper disposalproviding advice on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication, for example, tablet, injection, ointment or inhaler;Ensuring medicines are stored appropriately and securelyResponding to medication-related queries within the hospital, other hospitals and the general public.Writing guidelines for drug use within the hospital and implementing hospital regulations.Communicate with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and economic drug treatment.Requirements:Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy1-2 years of experience
