1. Payroll ManagementGather and verify time-keeping records, including overtime, leaves, bonuses, and allowances.Process monthly payroll.Calculate and process deductions such as, social insurance, and medical contributions.Issue pay slips, manage bank transfers, and handle final settlements for resigned or terminated employees.2. Personnel AdministrationManage entry of new employees into internal HR databases.Maintain and update physical and digital employment records for promotions, transfers, leaves, and evaluations.Handle governmental relations, including submitting labor office forms and resolving social insurance or health insurance issues.Monitor attendance, track vacation balances, and review absence cases. 3. Compliance & ReportingPrepare and submit payroll and personnel reports to upper management and the finance department. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field.Experience: Typically 2–3 years of proven experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local labor laws, and social insurance regulations.Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, high-level confidentiality, and excellent problem-solving skills.
