Job Title: People and Culture DirectorDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Maadi, Cairo, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeReports To: CEOJob SummaryThe Human Resources Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources department, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the organization's mission and talent strategy.The HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and will support the company’s growth by developing scalable HR practices and building high-performing teams.This role requires a balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced technology environment.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Human Resources team.Recruit, interview, hire, and train HR team members.Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department.Set departmental goals and performance indicators.Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.Coache and develop HR team members.Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy and Organizational DevelopmentCollaborate with senior leadership to
