Multi M Group is a growing group that includes three distinctive brands: MOHM Furniture, Aurea Furniture, and Metal X.As the group enters a transformative stage in its business journey, we are redefining how our people, culture, and organizational capabilities evolve to support the next decade of growth.We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to lead this transformation from the inside out.This is not a traditional HR leadership role.It is a highly strategic position with significant expectations and direct impact on the future direction of the organization.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping a culture, structure, and people strategy that aligns with the company’s long term vision and evolving business objectives over the next 10 years.What We’re Looking For* Self driven, proactive, and highly accountable* Capable of building trust and influence across complex organizational environments* Able to navigate transformation with maturity, agility, and strategic thinking* Passionate about creating practical, sustainable people solutions that work in the real world and not only on paper* Comfortable challenging the status quo while bringing people along the journeyKey Areas of Responsibility:* Lead the organization’s People & Culture transformation agenda* Design and implement long term Organizational Development strategies* Build scalable and well structured organizational frameworks and governance models* Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline strategies* Review and enhance compensation & benefits structures to align with business growth and market competitiveness* Conduct organizational assessments to identify structural, operational, and capability gaps and actually close the gaps. * Lead workforce planning initiatives, including standard manning models and departmental efficiency frameworks* Conduct workload analysis across functions to ensure resource optimization, role clarity, and operational effectiveness* Evaluate team structures, productivity levels, and spans of control to support sustainable growth* Drive cultural alignment between the current organizational reality and the desired future state* Partner closely with leadership to enable sustainable transformation across teams and functions * Strengthen performance, accountability, leadership capability, and employee experience across the organizationThe Ideal Background* Strong experience in Organizational Development and strategic HR transformation* Proven track record in leading large scale cultural and organizational change initiatives* Strong understanding of workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational efficiency models* Experience in organizational design, workload analysis, and building scalable structures* Industrial or manufacturing background is highly preferred* Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to commercial and operational objectives* Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, and communication capabilities* Ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and evolving organizational dynamicsThis role is for someone who sees People & Culture as a business driver, not a support function, and who is ready to help shape the future of an evolving organization.
