We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B lead generation and paid media strategy, with a passion for optimizing funnels, improving campaign performance, and driving high-quality leads for SaaS and technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search (SEM), and Meta platforms with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.Develop and manage full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with the B2B buyer journey, from awareness to SQL generation.Analyze campaign and customer data in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to refine ICPs and improve targeting performance.Implement and manage tracking systems using GTM, GA4, pixels, and CRM integrations to accurately measure ROI and attribution.Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to reduce CAC while maintaining lead quality.Collaborate closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and continuously optimize campaigns based on feedback and conversion data.Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and scalability. 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.At least 1 year of hands-on experience within B2B Software, SaaS, or Tech industries.Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals including lead scoring, long sales cycles, and account-based marketing (ABM).Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations.Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
