Key Responsibilities:Manage employee personnel files (contracts, job offers, amendments, warnings, resignations)Handle onboarding and offboarding documentationMaintain and update employee records on HR systems and trackersProcess leaves, attendance records, and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policiesHandle social insurance enrollment, updates, and terminationsPrepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on timeCalculate salaries, overtime, deductions, taxes, and social insuranceCoordinate with finance and external payroll providers if applicableReview payroll variances and resolve discrepanciesPrepare payroll reports and reconciliationsRespond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentiallyLiaise with governmental entities (e.g., Tax Authority and Social Insurance) and ensure proper handling of registrations, reporting, and compliance requirementsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Pharmacy (mandatory)3-4 years of hands‑on experience in:Personnel AffairsPayroll processingProven experience handling payroll calculations and personnel documentation independentlyStrong knowledge of payroll calculations and social insurance processesGood understanding of labor laws and HR complianceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systemHigh attention to detail and data accuracyStrong organizational and time‑management skillsConfidentiality and professional judgmentClear communication and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work under deadlines and handle sensitive informationPreferred Qualifications:HR Diploma or relevant certification in Human ResourceMBA (Master of Business Administration)
