Responsibilities:Handling and supervising all personnel activities and Policies. Responsible for supervising of the staff of personnel department. Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfer, etc. in order to Ensure accurate database and maintaining personnel files. Responsible for Social Insurance payments Ensuring that personnel legal policies are well implemented within the organization based on company guidelines and policies. Reviewing and signing all documentation and communication with the social insurance office and assuring Compliance with the legal and government regulations. Ensuring that all archiving process is set and running according to the policy. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Maintains employee records, Reviews all employment documents and ensures compliance with the labor law.
