Responsibilities:Handling and supervising all personnel activities and Policies. Responsible for supervising of the staff of personnel department.  Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfer, etc. in order to Ensure accurate database and maintaining personnel files.  Responsible for Social Insurance payments Ensuring that personnel legal policies are well implemented within the organization based on company guidelines and policies.  Reviewing and signing all documentation and communication with the social insurance office and assuring Compliance with the legal and government regulations.  Ensuring that all archiving process is set and running according to the policy. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.  Maintains employee records, Reviews all employment documents and ensures compliance with the labor law. To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on personnel management.Skills: Proven expertise in Administration, Personnel Management, and Management.HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Legal Compliance: Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making.Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
