* Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system (Fingerprint machine).* Follow up and enter data for every transaction on the attendance system (missing punch, shift edits, corrections, etc.).* Provide periodic reports on employees’ regularity, including attendance, absence, vacations, sick leaves, and lateness.* Control the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.- Social & Medical Insurance* Handle all Social Insurance procedures (Form 1, Form 2, Form 6, salary updates, file management).* Handle Medical Insurance procedures, including employee enrollment, termination, and ongoing updates.- Governmental Relations* Deal with external governmental offices such as the Labor Office and Social Insurance Office.* Ensure compliance with all Egyptian Labor Law requirements.- Personnel Documentation* Create, maintain, and update personnel files in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.* Keep employee records accurate, complete, and up to date. job Requirements* Bachelor's degree .* 1–3 years of experience in Personnel .* Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.* Excellent command of MS Office and attendance systems.* Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
