-Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records accurately-Ensure all employee documents are complete and compliant with company policies and labor law requirements-Enter and update employee data regularly-Organize and maintain HR filing and archiving system-Follow up on missing or incomplete employee documents and coordinate with relevant departments-Communicate with employees regarding required HR documentation and updates-Ensure smooth documentation flow between HR and other departments-Support HR compliance and internal procedures-Ensure compliance with Social Insurance Law and handle the implementation of all related procedures  -1 to 2 years of experience as a Personnel Specialist -HR Diploma is preferred-Good command of English is preferred
