This full-time, on-site role includes leading the planning team, coordinating with engineering, construction, and procurement functions, and aligning project plans with client requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating project schedules, managing demand and production planning, analyzing project data, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions when needed. The role also involves monitoring resource allocation, participating in coordination meetings, and ensuring plans support cost, quality, and time objectives. The Planning Team Leader Engineer will mentor team members, support continuous process improvement, and contribute to strategic planning for ongoing and future projects.Qualifications Strong demand planning and production planning skills to manage project timelines, resources, and workflow.Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, forecasting needs, and supporting data-driven decisions.Effective communication and team leadership abilities to guide planning staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience in planning or project control roles within construction or urban development environments.Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and strong Excel skills.Knowledge of urban planning principles, construction methodologies, and relevant local regulations.Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
