Role Description The Jr. Civil Procurement Engineer will play a key role in supporting procurement activities for urban planning projects. This full-time, on-site position is located in Heliopolis. Daily responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, preparing and analyzing requests for quotations (RFQs), and ensuring effective communication with vendors and team members. The role requires a proactive approach to monitoring procurement processes and cultivating strong supplier relationships. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders and procurement documentation.Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier proposals and cost analysis.Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and team members.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Familiarity with urban planning projects and procurement best practices is a plus.Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
