Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves conducting property consultations, assisting clients with property purchases and sales, and developing tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include client engagement, providing market analysis, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless real estate transactions. The Senior Property Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with demonstrated experience in providing advice on property sales, purchases, and investments.Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and resolving client inquiries effectively.Proven Sales abilities with a focus on meeting targets, influencing decisions, and driving client satisfaction.Deep understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations, particularly in urban planning and development.Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred.Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while coordinating with a dynamic team.
