The role entails leading the tendering process for urban planning and civil engineering projects, preparing technical and financial proposals, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines. The role demands leadership in managing team members and allocating resources effectively. Qualifications Experience in preparing and reviewing technical and financial tendering documents for civil and urban planning projectsStrong knowledge of engineering standards, contract terms, and regulatory complianceSkills in project management, team coordination, and resource allocationProficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to analyze project specifications, perform cost estimations, and develop strategic proposalsStrong communication, negotiation, and client management skillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plusProfessional certifications in project management or tendering are advantageous
