Job Summary/ObjectiveThe Pre-SalesSolutions Professional – Modern Workplace & Security is a customer-facingpre-sales specialist responsible for driving Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace andSecurity solution opportunities from qualification through solution design andtechnical positioning.This roleowns the specialist portfolio for Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace services,enabling customers to improve productivity, collaboration, security,compliance, and digital workplace experience. The TSP works closely withaccount managers, consultants, delivery teams, and technology partners to shapewinning solutions, overcome technical blockers, and support achievement ofsales and gross profit targetsThe rolerequires a strong blend of technical depth, commercial awareness, and customerengagement skills, including solution demonstrations, workshops, proposalsupport, and scope developmentKey Responsibilities:•SolutionDesign and Proposal Development•Own thetechnical qualification, discovery, and solution design process for assignedopportunities.•Translatecustomer business and technical requirements into comprehensive solutionarchitectures, scopes of work (SoW), and services proposals.•Design andposition Microsoft 365 solutions across collaboration, security, compliance,identity, and endpoint management.•Recommendfit-for-purpose solutions based on customer environment, business goals,licensing models, and security/compliance requirements.•Preparedetailed technical proposals, configurations, and solution documents alignedwith customer business objectives.•TechnicalLeadership and Specialization•Providetechnical leadership for Microsoft 365 Security solutions, including MicrosoftEntra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender suite, and Microsoft Sentinel.•Buildimplementation and migration scopes aligned to customer requirements andreadiness.•Supportsolution positioning for Microsoft Purview capabilities, including InformationProtection/Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider RiskManagement, and Compliance/Audit/eDiscovery-related capabilities.•Assesscustomer environments and propose migration/transformation strategies forMicrosoft 365 adoption.•Supportvarious migration scenarios, including On-premises to Microsoft 365,Cross-tenant migration, Google Workspace/Google migration to Microsoft 365, andEmail/Collaboration workload migrations.•Recommendsuitable migration approaches, tools, and cutover strategies.•Identifytechnical risks, dependencies, and constraints early in the process and proposeeffective mitigation plans.•CustomerEngagement and Communication•Support thesales cycle from initial engagement through proposal, technical validation, anddeal closure.•Presentsolution overviews and value propositions in collaboration with Sales andBusiness Development teams.•Buildpositive relationships with technical stakeholders within customerorganizations to facilitate trust and understanding.•Communicatecomplex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical andnon-technical audiences.•Conductcustomer discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution presentations, anddemos•Collaborationand Execution Support•Collaboratewith internal delivery/PMO teams to ensure proposed scope is executable,aligned with delivery standards, and accurately estimated for timelines andeffort.•Contributeto RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, and solution write-ups by providingrequired technical input and documentation.•Collaboratewith Microsoft and other partners on solution alignment, licensing, andtechnical support.•Work withdelivery teams to validate assumptions, timelines, and effort estimates.•Workclosely with account managers to build account strategies and grow pipeline inthe Modern Workplace & Security portfolio.•TechnicalExpertise Development and Knowledge Sharing•Continuouslyimprove technical proficiency through training, certifications, and stayingabreast of solution updates.•Supportinternal enablement sessions to strengthen organizational capabilities inassigned technology areas.•Contributeto the internal knowledge base by sharing learnings, reusable assets, andsuccess stories.•Sharemarket feedback, customer challenges, and competitive insights with internalteams.RequirementsQualifications-Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or a related technical field.-Experience: 6-8 years of progressive experience in a presales, solutionarchitecture, or senior technical consulting role, with a strong focus onMicrosoft technologies.-Provenexperience in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and Security solution positioningand scoping.-Microsoftcertifications (preferred) in areas such as:oMicrosoft365
