By combining local market knowledge with a client-centered approach, EgyProperty aims to create long-term value for both property owners and seekers.Role Description The Senior Real Estate Property Consultant will work on-site in New Cairo in a full-time capacity, guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing client portfolios, conducting property viewings, and providing accurate market insights and pricing recommendations. The role involves preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, available listings, and legal requirements, while consistently following up with clients to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. The role also includes updating CRM systems, preparing regular activity and pipeline reports, and representing EgyProperty in a professional manner at all times.QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in New Cairo or surrounding areas.Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, needs assessment, and after-sales follow-up.Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Solid understanding of local real estate market trends, property valuation, and legal/contractual processes.Effective communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Comfortable working on-site, conducting property tours, and managing a field-based schedule.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and listings simultaneously.Proficiency with CRM tools, online property platforms, and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate are a plus.
