In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining injection molding processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in process development, troubleshooting, and supporting production to achieve operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Set up, optimize, and monitor injection molding processes to ensure stable and efficient productionTroubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain process parameters, work instructions, and standard operating proceduresLead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize wasteSupport new product introduction (NPI), including trials, validation, and process qualificationCollaborate with tooling, maintenance, and production teams to ensure smooth operationsAnalyze production data and recommend improvements based on performance metricsEnsure proper machine settings, material usage, and process consistencyParticipate in mold trials, sampling, and process validation activitiesTrain operators and technicians on process standards and best practicesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)3–5+ years of experience in injection molding process engineeringStrong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and plastic materialsHands-on experience with process setup, optimization, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with scientific molding is a strong advantageKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesBasic understanding of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency in English (written and spoken)
